  How do you know when each of them will access their email?

This means that by selecting a group, you can send an SMS text message to everyone in that group.

Let's say you have 100 people in a group... after logging in, it will take just one click to select the group, then type your message, and send. The message will then be sent to those 100 people immediately... how convenient and time saving! Plus, the time and frustration you'll save by typing on your keyboard rather than clicking away at a mobile keypad is worth it for that alone!
